The spiciness is only mildly spicy.
Paired with kimchi and a soft-boiled egg,
the flavors are very layered throughout the evening.
The fine noodles have a perfect texture with just the right firmness,
and the sauce is savory with a touch of spice and numbness.

with moderate spiciness that isn’t overwhelming.
They offer a generous amount of ingredients,

The noodles are the same as the dry noodles,
but they will become a bit softer towards the end.

The radish soup has a sweet flavor!
It feels just like home 🫶🫶🫶
There's no excessive seasoning, so it's not drying.
The only downside is that the pork ribs themselves aren’t particularly tender or tasty.
I recommend just ordering the radish soup.
