萊迦早午餐

Lai Jia Brunch is located on Boai Street in Hualien, near the famous Yi Xin Bubble Ice.
Although the store entrance may not seem like a large space, it actually occupies an unexpectedly wide area.

There are actually three ducks in the shop, and the most beloved one, Yan Ya, usually greets customers at the door of the shop.

What I enjoyed today was the Pan-fried Hokkaido Salted Salmon & North African Fried Chicken Platter, Private Charcoal Grilled Tender Chicken & North African Fried Chicken Platter and two drinks, totaling 470 yuan.

Pan-fried Hokkaido salted salmon & North African fried chicken platter:
This platter is quite luxurious, including bread, French fries, salad, hard-boiled eggs and two main dishes.
The salmon, one of the main dishes, has a delicious salted flavor, with just the right saltiness. The whole piece of fish is quite soft and tender. Unfortunately, there are thorns. Although most of them are obvious thick thorns, you should always pay attention to whether there are fish in troubled waters. Thin thorns are still quite troublesome.

Private charcoal-roasted tender chicken & North African fried chicken platter:
The barbecue charcoal aroma of the charcoal-roasted tender chicken is very exciting.
The North African fried chicken is thick and juicy on the inside, with a thin and crispy skin, and the North African-style spices on top are quite special.
It is said that yogurt sauce is a dipping sauce for fried chicken, but our instinct is to use it with French fries 😂

The fries are quite crispy, and even if they are dipped in the yogurt sauce originally reserved for fried chicken, they are still quite delicious.
The salad is a small plate but quite rich in content. The bread is soft and sweet. I think it is quite suitable as the starch base of this meal.

The drinks are just average.

In addition to the luxurious platter combinations, the menu also has some more Chinese-style pot noodles and instant noodles. The garlic chili in the sauce bar is indeed very spicy as the store said, but it must be delicious when paired with it.

There are two shop ducks in the small courtyard behind the store. Watching them croaking and shaking their heads, I feel healed unconsciously.
There is a cherry blossom tree concept decoration in the middle of the store, which is very eye-catching and very photogenic.

Overall, the food is delicious, the pets are cute, the environment is comfortable, and there is a motorcycle parking lot for internal guests on the side.
There's really nothing to fault.
