I wanted to have fish ball soup at noon, so I went to the familiar third generation restaurant. This area belongs to Tainan's first-level war zone, so it's really hard to stop.
We arrived around 12:30 on a weekday, and it was almost full, and one table just happened to leave. There are 4 round tables (about six people), 1 four-seater and several two-seater seats inside. It is not large but the table turnover rate is high.
Clicked on the following today.
Value-for-money fish ball set meal (130): Contains minced pork rice, vegetables, fish ball soup and mixed braised food. The fat-to-lean ratio of the steamed pork rice is about 8:2, the marinade is salty and sweet, and the coriander on top relieves the greasiness. Those who are not used to Tainan’s sweet taste may say it’s a bit sweet. As for the braised food, everything is marinated thoroughly, tender and fresh, recommended.
Double ingredient soup with winter noodles (105): For the double ingredient, we choose three-color fish balls and bone meat, which is also our most commonly chosen combination. The three-color fish balls include several milkfish-based fish balls, one shrimp ball and one meat ball. The sweetness of the milkfish, the umami and tenderness of the shrimp, and the aroma of the meatballs are all outstanding, especially the shrimp balls. Because the bone meat is cooked for a long time, the meat is very soft and tender, and it absorbs the soup, making it very smooth. The soup base is fresh and sweet (no added sugar) and has moderate saltiness, which is perfect for drinking in winter.
The third generation is also a well-known store in this area. Of course, in addition to its history and bloggers, the content served on the table is also really informative. recommend.
