Mid-Autumn Festival🎑 came to buy mooncakes at Li Ji in Taipei🥮!
I originally wanted to place an order~
But they require a minimum amount for pre-ordering,
So this time I had to wait in line in person 😂
Wow, as soon as I arrived on-site…
There were so many people 🥲
However, the stock on-site looked plentiful,
So those who lined up should be able to buy something!
This time I waited in line for almost 50 minutes before finally buying it 😂

Mung Bean Yellow Egg Pastry
I've always heard from colleagues that this one is really delicious.
I bought it to try this time,
And it really is tasty!
The egg yolk inside doesn’t stand out as a whole piece,
But rather it blends well with the mung bean filling 😋
So good! -
Red Bean Yellow Egg Pastry 🫘
I think the red bean in the red bean yellow egg pastry is a bit too sweet,
Not as impressive as the mung bean one 😝
But it’s still pretty good 👍🏻 -
Taro Pastry
I was quite looking forward to this one as well,
But when I tasted it, I felt it was quite average 🤣
It was just full of taro filling,
Nothing particularly special, haha
(Or maybe I had too high expectations?
I didn’t try some of the other items~
Overall, I think it was quite nice.
Each one averaged around $80,
So I’ll mark it as $80 🤩

By the way, I thought the mung bean yellow egg pastry was particularly special!
