Taipei Neihu - Liuzhou Fried Egg Snail Rice Noodles NT$150
I have never eaten authentic snail noodles, but I think this restaurant is in line with Taiwanese food tastes. The soup is not too salty and is generally light, but has an authentic flavor of sour, spicy, fresh, refreshing and hot.
✨Liuzhou Fried Egg Crispy: This is the most special thing in our store. I clicked on it when I was curious for the first time. It has a crispy texture and a slightly eggy aroma when you first eat it. After a while, the meringue will absorb the sweet and fresh essence of the soup into it, which is really amazing.
✨The rice noodles are not springy and I personally think they are tasteless. There is a hot sauce provided at the table (it has a bit of Chinese medicinal flavor, which is very special, but not too spicy). It is recommended to pour it on the rice noodles dipped in a spoon and eat it. It is delicious!
✨The soup contains: pickled bamboo shoots, bean curds, fungus, sour beans, peanuts, green vegetables, which are essential ingredients for authentic snail noodles.
For internal use, please fill in the form directly and take your seat. There are original and spicy flavors. If you are worried about it being too spicy, you can inform us to adjust. I choose spicy (slightly spicy) and add hot sauce myself.
After the meal, the boss lady asked: Is the taste good? Very kind :)
🚩Summary: I think a bowl of fried egg snail noodles costs 150 yuan, and the CP value is not too high. I won’t feel very full after eating like this. I finished the soup in the end, haha. If you want to try the Chinese Liuzhou style You can try snail noodles!
