After finishing the Ah Hongshi turkey rice, we went to the nearby Guanghua Dou Hua for dessert.
I didn’t have any expectations at first, I thought the ancient desserts were just like that.
Unexpectedly, my eyes lit up after eating it. I can’t be the only one to eat such delicious tofu pudding!
First of all, the store has no signboard. You can only see the menu when you look up. Please be careful not to miss it.
It has clean and bright open seats. Next to the seats are soy milk and sugar water that are slowly cooked over low heat. You can smell the sweet smell even when the lid is on. It is a self-operated restaurant. The store staff that day were the owner and his daughter. The service was pretty good.
This time I ordered:
Red bean and coix seed curd (no sweetness adjustment)
Very delicious, the base is soy milk + barley milk, the sweetness is slightly sweet (it should be the sweetness of red bean soup), the bean curd is full of aroma, and the taste is very dense. The amount of barley and red beans is not too much, but I think it is just right. , because the main part of the tofu curd is so delicious, the stewed red beans and barley are also very soft, and the overall taste is not uncomfortable. I highly recommend this!
Fengyuan Aiyu (slightly sugary and slightly iced)
The hand-rolled Aiyu~ tastes very smooth, and the Aiyu is full of fragrance, but the powder balls are a bit too soft. I feel that more lemon juice can be squeezed. It is delicious but not particularly outstanding.
