Walking into "Sea霸王," you are greeted by a simple and bright dining environment, with handwritten menus hanging on the wall, giving off a casual yet warm vibe. This place specializes in home-style Taiwanese cuisine and the dining environment is a bit old-fashioned, as it is one of the longstanding traditional restaurants in the Zhongshan District of Taipei.

Their steamed fresh fish is quite delicious; the fish meat is tender like tofu, seasoned with ginger and lemon to enhance the flavor, and the broth is clear and full of freshness. Most of the dishes are above average in quality, and the portions are very generous!

Overall, Sea霸王 showcases the essence of Taiwanese cuisine at friendly prices. In a prime location in Taipei, you can enjoy a great meal for just 3500, which really offers high value for money and makes it a restaurant worth revisiting. However, if you prefer exquisite Taiwanese cuisine, it might be better to consider other options.

The last meal also included delicious bread rolls. Although we were almost full, everyone finished eating them all because they looked so different from the other dishes.

The rice cake is topped with a generous amount of shrimp. Although they are not sakura shrimp, you can tell that the restaurant puts in a lot of effort.
