A locally famous restaurant, featuring water basin lamb, meat夹饃 (meat sandwich), and hand-pulled noodles as its specialties. The business is booming, with takeout orders already piled up before noon. The environment is simple, clean, and bright. Meals are made to order, and it's quite fast if you arrive before 11:30. However, it seems that after 12:00, both takeout and dine-in orders may have to wait.
The water basin lamb soup is refreshing and perfectly flavored, with tender lamb that pairs well with homemade chili, making it very delicious. The meat夹饃 has a very crispy and tasty bread, and the meat is flavorful and complements perfectly. The prices are a bit high, but I feel like the next time I want to order a solo meal combo, it would be a good choice.
