Finally got to eat at this restaurant with friends after talking about it for two years. Initially found it through a YouTube introduction and wanted to try this kind of Shaanxi cuisine.

Since I was dining with friends, I didn’t pay close attention to the taste and texture of each dish. I thought the milk tea soup would be strange, but it turned out to be delicious, and it can be made cold or hot, with beautiful cups. Overall, the other dishes were quite good. It was a bit challenging to order because some of the names didn’t convey what they were; many dishes looked dark but were tasty. A more famous dish in Shaanxi cuisine is Paomo, which I tried for the first time. You have to tear the bread and give it to the kitchen for them to prepare. The flavor of the soup was excellent and quite a large bowl. The fried milk tofu was what I looked forward to the most. It had a familiar flavor, somewhat like a cheesy traditional donut, but with a less soft texture; it was quite unique and perfect as a dessert.

Overall, the flavors were quite special, but they tended to be very salty or quite spicy, so those who are sensitive to spice may want to ask about the heat level. I made an early reservation for a small private room (no door, but it was relatively private) with a minimum spend of $5500. On holidays, we visited around noon and the place was already packed right when they opened. It’s definitely worth trying out as a gathering restaurant!

肉夾饃是起源於中國的陝西,而在關中地區的陝西方言中,夾著各種食材的白吉饃就稱為「夾饃」,然後可以在前面加入食材名稱,像是菜夾饃和臘汁肉夾饃。在陝西以外,有些地方的肉夾饃會用類似土耳其烤肉的方法烤製。此外,添加青椒的做法也是目前流行的吃法唷! ✅超飽1號:套餐包含油潑麵、經典潼關肉夾饃加秘制鳥蛋及飲料。油潑麵在視覺上看起來相當不錯,上面擺放了青江菜、豆芽菜、紅蘿蔔、香菜、辣粉…等食材。菜名看起來非常辣,不過實則卻是辣香大過於辣度,不過調味上充滿辛香料香氣,搭配Q彈寬捲麵非常好吃;而肉夾饃是加入滷肉丁、青椒丁和滷鳥蛋,因此吃起來有滷肉的鹹香與青椒的青脆感,再加上鳥蛋的濃郁滋味,口感層次相當豐富。單吃餅皮也是充滿了麵粉香,不過唯一小缺點是不夠酥脆,但整體吃起來還是很推薦。飲料可以選擇紅茶、汽水或是酸梅湯,這次分享的是「秘製酸梅湯」。味道微酸帶點甘甜,讓人越喝越涮嘴。 ✅炙燒豬肉夾饃:這款肉夾饃是加入豬肉片及高麗菜一起食用,吃起來十分清爽。豬肉每一塊都非常大片,口感不僅軟嫩多汁又沒有豬臭味。 ———————————— 這一家的肉夾饃有四種不同選擇,這次吃的兩種味道都很不錯!也很推薦給初次品嚐或是本身就愛肉夾饃的饕客們。另外不想吃肉夾饃,也有其它特色的麵食可以吃~

二樓有可以坐15個人的大圓桌非常的不錯好像還可以唱歌。感覺應該開了好幾年了但是環境算乾淨舒適,擺設都很陝西風,還有兵馬俑超酷的啊。我們大大小小15人吃的非常飽餐點都很有特色,只是一樓客滿2樓有2桌客人所以上菜比較慢一點,羊肉串、蹄筋、大盤雞、羊肉湯還有奶酥豆腐都很好吃很夠味,道不道地我是不知道但是好吃是真的,也可以唱歌喝酒很棒。

【Foodholic乃子@台北】 #過年有營業 不過只有小年夜(1/27)那天營業而已,再來就一路從除夕休到初七(1/28-2/4),2/5才又重新營業喔! 先說結論: 除了預訂菜香酥羊腿cp值有點低之外,每一道都份量大、便宜又好吃,絕對是N訪啦,然後炸奶豆腐必點!!! 「秦味館」位於國父紀念館附近,是台北非常知名的陝西料理,如果想來用餐絕對要事先訂位! 招待小菜 $0 一入座都還沒點餐,店員就送上兩小碟免費小菜,一碟吃起來類似菜哺餅,另一碟則是涼拌魚皮,都不錯吃,但真的都好辣阿~~~ 西藏肉湯奶茶 $200 介紹說原料是以牛肉上湯、黑磚茶、牛奶熬製而成,又稱為「鹹奶」,聽起來實在是難以想像的味道,但其實喝起來非常親民,可以想像為拉茶的味道,熱熱的甜甜的,好喝推薦! 酸嗆土豆絲(小) $200 一送上桌就聞到一股好熟悉酸酸的香氣,聞起來和台南名菜「炒鱔魚意麵」的味道一樣,吃起來超級酸爽,土豆絲切得很細,加入蒜頭去炒,大家都很喜歡,要點啊! 甘蔗嫩心湯(小) $240 點小份的就超大一碗,我們四人分最後還沒喝完,店員說這款屬於比較清淡的湯,喝起來有點像是喜宴會喝到的羹湯,只是比較清一點,裡頭有香菇、豆包、甘蔗心、香菜,甘蔗心吃起來有點像筍子,還不錯喝~ 炙子骨排(小) $420 相傳是宋徽宗生日時的御宴菜餚,外表看起來就像功夫菜,外頭料理到酥穌的,裡頭的肉也不會柴,已經可以輕易從骨頭上脫落,大家都覺得這道肉品比香酥羊腿好吃 油潑麵 $120 麵體是用很寬的皮帶麵,吃起來非常Q、彈牙,吃之前先和底部的醬汁拌一拌,辣度大概微辣,非常入門等級的,不敢吃辣的人還是可以嘗試喔 嗆肉高麗(小) $180 這道菜也是酸味突出,和酸嗆土豆絲的調味有一點點像,肉是使用油脂較多的五花肉,是重口味的一道青菜,我蠻喜歡的,不過小缺點是偏油 秦味蛋飯 $120 白飯上放了半煎半炒的蛋,淋上醬油膏再放上幾片青菜,看起來很普通,吃第一口時也沒感受到特別之處,但越吃越喜歡,蛋本身是嫩的,醬油膏吃起來鹹甜鹹甜,有點豬油拌飯的感覺,是很古早味的美味! 香酥羊腿(需預訂) $1980 看到有不少人評論說這道羊腿一定要點,所以即使價格有點貴,我們還是在用餐前兩天就先打電話去預訂 份量真的超級大,不知道是烤還是炸,外皮超級超級酥,灑滿孜然粉,孜然味超級重! 皮和肉之間的膠質是會黏牙的,皮的羊味蠻重的,肉本身就還好,肉質還算軟嫩,會附上一碗辣椒水可以沾著吃,另外也有香料粉可沾 不過可能因為這是用餐尾端上的菜,我們已經吃得有點飽了,所以覺得吃起來有點膩口,好像沒有特別厲害,再加上價格頗高,個人覺得真的沒有「必點」,尤其人數不多時,千萬不要輕易點,我們最後有2/3吃不完只好外帶 蒙古炸奶豆腐 $60/個 這道甜點就真的是必點了! 來這裡沒有吃炸奶豆腐真的白來! 其實這道料理應該跟豆腐沒啥關係,比較像是麵粉皮裡面包起司,拿去炸過之後外面撒上滿滿的糖粉,一開始吃甜甜的,吃到起司的部分就是鹹甜鹹甜,只能說 超 級 推 薦! 要不是已經飽到喉嚨口,真的想要再多點一個來吃 這家餐廳特別值得一提的是,我和朋友都一致覺得這家店的店員讓人覺得很舒服,幾乎每個店員都笑容滿面,對於客人的需求也都很樂意幫忙,吃了開心的一餐!
