Every time I come to Keelung, I must have a bowl of dry noodles.
This time, I chose to try the long-legged noodles from a well-known old shop.
I arrived around 10 AM and was lucky to find a seat available.
After a while, there was a line forming.

This time I ordered:
⭐️ Dry Yangchun Noodles 💰30
I ordered the wrong one; I originally wanted the noodle type used in Yi Mian, so I should have just ordered the dry noodles QQ.
Even so, I still think it tastes great (laughs).
The simple noodles come with scallion oil, braising sauce, and bean sprouts.
After it’s served, I add black vinegar and chili oil according to my taste.
This is a bowl of delicious dry noodles!

⭐️ Wonton Soup 💰30
A small wonton soup with 8 pieces.
It tastes pretty good!

⭐️ Jiggura 💰25
A local specialty of Keelung!
Made from a fish paste full of ocean flavor.
After slicing, it’s served with a dipping sauce.
You can't miss this when in Keelung!

In summary,
It truly deserves its reputation as a 70-year-old establishment.
The simple, traditional taste has been maintained until now, and it’s really great!
I recommend it to everyone!

長腳麵食是唯一一間,會讓我心心念念的麵店每到用餐時間就是要排隊! 價格超佛心,食材又很新鮮 說到基隆就會想起他們的乾麵($30元) 看起來很普通,但是油蔥的味道跟乾麵超搭 必點的還有扁食湯($30元) 小顆的餛飩有8顆,本身就很夠味 湯頭就沒什麼鹹度 可以撒上桌上放的白胡椒粉增添風味 也有生鮮的可以買回去(40顆$120元) 腿庫肉($50元)跟豬腳也是大家很喜歡的 會附上甜醬跟醬油,鹹甜的滋味可以減少油膩感 唯一缺點是他們沒有賣燙青菜 推薦給大家~

平日用餐時段便絡繹不絕,重新開張之後,假日更是大排長龍。基隆的尋常麵食店,為何有這樣的魅力?能獲基隆當地人熱烈愛戴? 首先,長腳麵食店裡地板十分乾淨,冷氣電扇俱備,用餐環境水準相當不錯,翻轉大眾對傳統麵店的老舊印象。 基隆乾麵有其獨到之處:麵體加入微量食用鹼,以產生Q彈口感,卻又不像台南意麵,無需加入雞蛋。飲食作家葉怡蘭更撰寫一文盛讚:「基隆,麵控天堂」! 這次前往點了扁食湯麵,實在失策,麵身嚐起來略顯過軟,反觀其他桌客人,幾乎全是點乾麵搭配扁食湯,才是正途。 除此之外,長腳麵食的扁食、豬腳、豆腐,全是強項。每件扁食皆包裹扎實,毫不散落,口感絕佳。豬腳腿肉軟嫩,醬料搭配十分合宜。油豆腐的外皮恰到好處,毫不顯老,豆腐內裏軟厚,整體口感完美,絕對是油豆腐界的一等獎。 長腳麵食曾在 2023 年 11 月底起暫停營業四個月,重新開張後,原營業至晚上十點,提早至下午三點便打烊;原只休週日,再加休週四。店家已傳承六十年至第二代老闆,祈願有更多休假之後,能經營得更長長久久。

從小到大的愛店真的沒有之一 基隆的餛飩每一件都很給力 但這間始終是我的最愛 乾麵搭配扁食湯絕對是首選搭配 這間乾麵只有豬油拌一點油蔥而已 味道就相當足夠 絕對是不會後悔的 豬腳超嫩 味道很足夠 隱藏吃法是加一顆半熟蛋 超讚

A bit disappointing. The idea is good, but most of the food in different stalls (tested 3) is pretty average and oily. Nothing else to do inside. But nice picnic table to spend some time with friends. Prices are ok.

Here, we roam around the Bangkok’s signature food court for the city’s most ordinary yet eXtraordinarily delectable drinks & noodles feasts. nom nom nom + affordable + ample aircon + vibrant vibes + fast + plenty of comfy seats + exotic background music + bromantic sexy lightings + noisy atmosphere all around u like dining in an overcrowded concrete jungle with all the unknown mythical creatures from all over the universe speaking in their languages = fun fun fun 🥰✌🏻
