Long Leg Noodles is the only noodle shop that I can't stop thinking about.
During meal times, there is always a line!
The prices are incredibly reasonable, and the ingredients are very fresh.
When talking about Keelung, I immediately think of their dry noodles ($30).
They look quite plain, but the flavor of the fried onions pairs perfectly with the dry noodles.
Another must-try is the dumpling soup ($30).
There are 8 small dumplings, and they are very flavorful on their own.
The broth isn't very salty, but you can sprinkle some white pepper from the table to enhance the flavor.
They also sell fresh dumplings to take home (40 pieces for $120).
The pork leg meat ($50) and pig's trotters are also popular choices.
They come with sweet sauce and soy sauce, which help reduce the greasiness with their sweet and salty flavor.
The only downside is that they don't sell blanched vegetables.
Highly recommended to everyone!
