旭集 和食集錦 天母店
This is my second time eating Xuji at Tianmu Restaurant. It is also my favorite all-you-can-eat restaurant.
The Tianmu store, which just opened last year, has very smooth circulation. It is much better than the long queues at the Xinyi store where you would be crowded together. No matter where you sit, the walking routes to various areas are not too far.
I will choose Tianmu store again next time I visit!
The following are the more memorable ones, sorted according to the order of recommended meals.
🍔Scallop and sea urchin burger: The scallops are large and fresh, wrapped in freshly grilled seaweed. You can ask the chef if you don’t want rice, and the service is very considerate.
🐟Sashimi: I like the freshness and tenderness of salmon the most. It tastes like a relatively high-grade salmon😆It has a lot of fat, so you can eat it in batches and it will not get greasy. Secondly, the current items are all delicious, and this time it is Japanese green. Sweet and red sweet
🍣Nigiri Sushi: This time I had fin meat and wagyu beef. The chef will sear them and add different seasonings.
🥣Clam soup: There are three clams in one bowl. It is very sweet and delicious. The chef will carefully check whether each clam has been opened. This time I took five bowls in total😀
🍤Fried shrimp: There are two types. The larger fried shrimp with spring rain on the outside is more recommended🥰 It has a richer and more layered texture. You can choose passion fruit jam or Japanese tempura sauce from the fried food section.
🥤Drinks: I took two cups of brown sugar milk tea and liked it very much. The Sicilian coffee I loved before became too strong this time.
