Xuji’s charges are different for each meal period & weekdays/holidays, which are divided into lunch/afternoon tea/dinner. The dining time for lunch is two and a half hours, the afternoon tea is two hours, and the dining time for dinner is up to four hours. Hours, the meals provided in each meal period are also slightly different. If you are interested in knowing the difference, you can search the comparison table online before making a reservation. Everyone thinks that the two and a half hours for holiday lunch is just right and can be more leisurely. Eat slowly, and the items are only a few fewer options than holiday dinners, but if you pay attention to CP value, you can consider holiday afternoon tea. Although the meal time is a bit tight, some highly popular items, such as Scallops and other items from Jian Tai are also available, and the prices are much cheaper.

As a fan of Xuji, I have visited branches all over the north, central and south. Compared with the long and narrow terrain of the Taipei Xinyi store, the newly opened Tianmu Xuji store has better circulation planning, and the aisles between dining areas are better. It's big, so it won't feel crowded because there are too many people queuing up. The dining environment is very comfortable, and the service staff will often come to clear the table and their attitude is very friendly.

PS: Tianmu Xuji is open inside Daye Takashimaya and supports multiple payment methods, but the one with the highest rewards is the Federal Jihe Card. It is currently announced that there will be a 4% reward until 113/7/31. I want to go there in the near future. Friends who visit the site can pay attention.

Meals 🥘

  • Scallop and sea urchin burger: Large raw-grade scallops are cut into pieces, with a little sea urchin in the middle, and grilled seaweed on site. It tastes really satisfying. If you are afraid of being too full, you can ask the chef not to eat!

  • Sashimi: Xuji’s sashimi is of a high standard and very fresh. In addition to the basic salmon and tuna, there are also two current items available on the day at noon on holidays to choose from. On that day, they are red and green. .

  • Freshly cut oven-roasted steaks and pork ribs: The pork ribs are marinated very delicious and grilled very soft and tender. They fall off the bone with just a bite of your teeth. It is highly recommended to try them. The oven-roasted steaks are also very good. It has an attractive pink color, and the chef will also help you trim the fat areas. It tastes soft and tender, and it is also a great pleasure to pair it with the creamy garlic in the seasoning area next to it.

  • Beef short ribs/raw-grade scallops/large prawns in the frying station area: The dishes in this area are freshly fried by the chef on site. You can only choose three items in a queue. The meat quality of the beef short ribs is very good, but the seasoning is a little light. , freshly pan-fried scallops are added with butter and cooked on a high-temperature iron plate. It tastes very fragrant with butter. It is completely different from the raw food grade. It is recommended that scallop lovers must try it, but pay special attention to the fact that some meals are not available Scallops are provided! The large prawns are well processed, the mud intestines have been removed, and the shells have been opened. They taste chewy and have enough peppery aroma.

  • White shrimp: Shrimp cooked in a simple way is the best test of freshness. Xuji’s white shrimp tastes very fresh, sweet and chewy, and paired with Nanbu Table’s soulful five-flavor sauce, I really grab a big plate every time I go there.

  • Liquor area: There is a freshly made beverage area at the entrance, which provides beer/mixed wine/sparkling drinks/coffee/hot tea/freshly squeezed juice. During certain meals, there is also red and white wine. If you order mixed drinks, there is a small By the way, if you like a strong drink, you can tell the waiter and he will make it stronger for you. This time I got Sicilian coffee, sparkling water and pre-made espresso, plus a slice of lemon and syrup. I think It's average, with coffee aroma but no lemon flavor, which is a pity.

  • Heyang District: There are many choices in the fried food section, among which I like Ebi Chun Yuyang the most. The dough is not too thick and the fried food is very crispy, much like the texture of biscuits. The shrimp meat is also juicy and chewy, and it is paired with the passion fruit on the side. The jam is very enjoyable and the fried oysters are also very fresh.

  • Sushi area: There are freshly made nigiri sushi in this area, grilled wagyu beef/grilled cherry blossom sea bream/grilled salmon belly/grilled lionfish with yuzu pepper/grilled scallops with crab paste/grilled sole fin, the chef will make it for you You can choose three out of six items, or you can make the choice repeatedly. I queued up twice and got one of each type. Personally, I like the seared lionfish and halibut the best. The oily aroma after searing is paired with different toppings. The condiments are not inferior to some a la carte sushi restaurants outside.

  • Oriental Beauty Sundae co-branded by Kouwei Family: It tastes like ice cream with a strong tea flavor, and is layered with brown rice crisps, tea jelly, and meringue cake. It’s not bad.

  • Ice cream: Xuji's ice cream is homemade and advertises no emulsifiers added. I think it tastes more natural than some famous brands. Black sesame/oat/banana, etc. are all very good. I recommend you give them a try.

As I get older, I always feel that my stomach is getting smaller and smaller🤣. Without the pursuit of portion size, all-you-can-eat restaurants are rarely an option at this stage, but occasionally there are times when I want to eat a buffet. At this time Xuji is my first choice (it’s really hard to book a table). Although there are many exquisite meals to choose from, you have to leave your stomach for the selected food🤣. 第一次嘗試吃饗賓集團底下的日式 buffet 吃到飽,選了旭集天母店作為第一次探店體驗。餐廳位於天母大葉高島屋的5樓,有停車場方便停車,可直接乘坐手扶梯或電梯抵達。只能說旭集也算是近幾年人氣頗高的吃到飽日料餐廳,無論是平假日都是非常多人,一定要先進行線上訂位並刷付訂金喔! 這邊提供旭集的用餐時段以及平假日定價 (8/12調漲後的價格) ⍟ 平日週一至五 ⏐午 餐 11:30 ~ 14:00 $1390⏐ ⏐下午餐 14:30 ~ 16:30 $1090⏐ ⏐晚 餐 17:30 ~ 21:00 $1690⏐ ⍟ 週末、例假日 ⏐午 餐 11:30 ~ 14:00 $1690⏐ ⏐下午餐 14:30 ~ 16:30 $1390⏐ ⏐晚 餐 17:30 ~ 21:30 $1990⏐ 平日/假日以及每個餐期的收費皆不同,分為午餐/下午餐/晚餐。 午餐的用餐時間是2.5小時,下午茶2小時,晚餐用餐時間則是3.5-4小時,我個人覺得平日的午餐兩個半小時的時間蠻剛好的,CP值也最高,雖然午餐品項比晚餐少了一些些(如:牛舌),但遠比下午茶還要多很多高級食材了(聽說下午茶沒有煎干貝!!)而且午餐兩個半小時可以比較悠閒地慢慢吃,不用那麼趕著要排隊拿很夯的料理。 入場時會有兩列隊伍,先從右邊排隊報到領取入場券之後,再從坐邊排隊依序入場就坐,整個入場流程滿順暢的,如果有朋友晚點來也沒關係,可以先入場就坐,後來的朋友再報桌號由現場人員登記帶入座就好 👌 ✏️ 環境及服務評價 網上查看天母旭集店的動線規劃比較好,實際用餐後也覺得整體拿餐動線非常舒服,各個區域之間的空間都滿寬敞的,就算有些區域有排隊人龍也不會有動線彼此打架或是堵路的情況。而且用餐桌位的環境也很舒服,巡場服務人員也會時不時前來收拾桌面,態度親切,非常滿意。 ✏️ 用餐餐點評價 巧鮨(握壽司區): 這區皆為師傅現做的握壽司,櫻花鯛魚、和牛、鮭魚肚、鰤魚、蟹膏干貝跟比目魚鰭,一次可以選三種壽司,可以重複選擇沒關係,我是選了干貝、鮭魚及鯛魚,師傅在每種不同的握壽司上都會佐以不同的小調味,視覺跟味覺都到不同多樣的層次感,覺得完全不輸外面的單點壽司,直得排隊多次享用。 個人私心推薦「干貝海膽漢堡」 超大顆的生食級干貝,中間切開加入海膽,再以現場炙烤過的海苔包覆,吃起來非常爽口滿足,且絲毫沒有按點腥味! 點餐小撇步:可以跟師傅說不要加醋飯,我覺得不加醋飯的干貝海膽漢堡更清爽好吃。(更新:師傅會建議你先吃有加醋飯的版本,你可以直接說你有吃過了,想嘗試沒有醋飯的漢堡即可。可能是最近太多人都跟師傅說不要加醋飯了XD) 生盛(生食海鮮區): 旭集的生魚片吃起來都滿新鮮的,鮭魚及鮪魚都有頗高的水準,油脂分布也很不錯。時鮮雪蟹腳非常大隻,感覺每隻腳都很長,而且肉質還算豐滿,沒有過多烹調就可以品嚐出鮮甜的蟹腳原味。我個人不是很懂吃螃蟹,都可以感覺得出來真的很新鮮。 旬炊(烤牛排和烤豬肋排): 烤牛排跟豬肋排都是師傅現切,可以一次指定要多少片。烤牛排蠻不錯的,肉塊切開呈現粉紅色不會過老過熟,師傅還會很貼心把比較肥的地方修掉,吃起來軟嫩鮮美;豬肋排的部分我覺得稍嫌失望,烤醬沒有很入味,而且豬肉與肋骨的部分沒有一入口即剝離的爽感,感覺完成度沒那麼高。 麗酌(飲料吧): 門口一進來就可以看到飲料區,有提供KIRIN一番搾生啤酒、4款沙瓦特調、冷熱飲及多種現榨果汁,另外還有一些特別的純酒款如獺祭等清酒需要另外加錢,若不想額外花錢的話建議可以直接點牌子上的 4 款調酒即可!我個人最喜歡的是梅酒為基底的山吹蜜YAMABUKI,梅酒的香氣喝起來甜甜的,很適合搭配旭集的海鮮一起享用! 和揚(炸物區): 炸物區的選擇滿多的,但為了避免吃太多炸物易飽,我只拿了網路上最推薦的炸蝦,炸蝦的麵衣不會太厚,炸得很酥脆,蝦肉也頗大的,鮮嫩多汁。 醞炙(烤物區): 非常推薦烤物區的炙燒糀牛(烤五花牛)油脂豐富,炙烤過的香氣十足,大推!碳烤雞翅中段也很不錯,焦香色的皮以及軟嫩的雞肉真好吃。 汁煮(現煮湯區): 現場有提供蟹腳味噌湯及蛤蜊清湯兩種現煮海鮮湯,我享用的是蛤蜊清湯,3顆超大顆的蛤蜊非常鮮美,湯頭也很清甜,可以當作中間休息換換口味時的湯頭享用,個人相當喜歡! 冰淇淋區: 旭集的冰淇淋是自製的,我吃了杏仁燕麥跟抹茶,杏仁燕麥真的很像做成泥狀的燕麥麥片,每口都可以吃到燕麥的扎實口感,以及滿滿的杏仁味,個人覺得滿奇妙的,但驚喜於驚訝,不排斥杏仁味的話可以試試看。抹茶則是中規中矩,我也嚐了幾口巧克力跟焦糖奶茶口味,巧克力不會太甜,焦糖奶茶的茶香味很濃,也是甜而不膩的類型,這個口味的接受度應該會更高,推薦給大家。 ✏️總體評價 旭集真的提供非常多較精緻的高檔食材可以享用,天母店的動線規劃也很舒適,整體用餐體驗相當不錯,但年紀大了之後真心沒辦法一次塞那麼多食物,只能說吃到飽 buffet 還是比較適合大胃王,若胃口小的話可以來嘗試平日的價位即可。此次用餐也有非常多因胃口選擇下而跳過沒辦法品嘗到的料理,就留給其他人來評價吧!

第二次吃天母店的旭集,也是我最喜歡的吃到飽餐廳 去年才剛新開幕天母店的動線十分流暢,比起信義店大排長龍時會擠在一起的情況改善很多,不管坐在哪個位置,到各個區域的走路路線都不會太遠 下次回訪還是會再選擇天母店! 以下是比較有記憶點的,依照推薦的餐點順序排序 🍔干貝海膽漢堡:干貝很大顆新鮮,外面裹著現烤海苔,可以跟師傅說不要飯,很貼心的服務 🐟生魚片:最喜歡鮭魚肉質鮮嫩,吃的出來是比較高級的鮭魚😆油脂算多,可以分次拿比較不會膩;其次是現流的品項都好吃,這次的是日本青甘跟紅甘 🍣握壽司:這次吃了鰭邊肉跟和牛,師傅會炙燒一下再分別加不同的佐料 🥣蛤蜊湯:一碗有三顆蛤蜊,很清甜好喝,師傅會仔細確認每顆蛤蜊有沒有打開,這次總共拿了五碗😀 🍤炸蝦:有兩款,外面裹著春雨、比較大隻的炸蝦更推🥰 口感吃起來更豐富有層次,沾醬可以選擇百香果醬,或是炸物區的日式天婦羅醬 🥤飲料:黑糖奶茶拿了兩杯很喜歡,以前很愛的西西里這次變的咖啡味太重了

吃過最好吃的吃到飽餐廳,今天實現干貝自由,生食級干貝真的很優,鮑魚也還不錯,生魚片,鮪魚最好吃,咖啡也很不錯有拉花,手捲部分可以要求不要加飯,龍蝦湯可以飯少,可惜我們吃的是中午沒有烤鰻魚,甜點部分太多選擇了都很好吃。
