I recently visited "Yakitori and Sushi no Hi," a delicious restaurant known for yakitori and sushi located in Umeda 🐔🍣.
It's close to the Chayamachi exit of Hankyu Umeda Station and within walking distance from Osaka Station and various Umeda stations 🚃.
The exterior looked stylish, and the interior was also chic ✨. It's a popular restaurant that often fills up with reservations 🈵.
For drinks, I had:
Cassis Ginger 🫚
Draft Beer 🍺
Sakuragawa Cider 🌸
Calpis Sour ✨
It was my first time trying Sakuragawa Cider, which is made in Nose, and it had a gentle flavor that was easy to drink 🌸.
The spicy cod roe and salmon roe potato salad 🥔
was a potato salad filled with cod roe, salmon roe, and sea urchin on top ✨. The sweet potatoes in the salad were fluffy, the salmon roe was poppy, and the sea urchin was rich, alongside plenty of cod roe—it was incredibly delicious ✨. The crushed cucumber on the side was tasty too 🥒.

Beef Tongue Skewer with Sea Urchin and Salmon Roe 🐮
The beef tongue was piled high with sea urchin and salmon roe 🥰. The richness of the beef tongue paired perfectly with the briny burst of the salmon roe, making it incredibly delicious 🥰. It was such a luxurious dish 🌞. It was also tasty with a squeeze of lemon 🍋.
Rare Fried Salmon 🐟
The rare fried salmon came with a generous serving of salmon roe and tartar sauce 🥚. The crispy salmon was juicy and soft on the inside—so good 🐟. The pop of the salmon roe and the richness of the tartar sauce complemented the rare fry wonderfully 🐟. There was also another sauce that was delicious ✨.
Toro-Taku Roll with Salmon Roe 🐟
This was a thick and large Toro-Taku roll 🐟. It was topped with salmon roe and egg yolk, which I mixed while eating 🥚. The Toro was rich and plentiful, incredibly delicious, and paired perfectly with the pickled daikon ☀️. The salmon roe was poppy, and the egg yolk was rich and satisfying, too ✨.
Everything was delicious, and I was thoroughly satisfied ✨.
Since it's close to the station and easy to get to, I want to visit again 😄✨.
