I didn't understand before: Why can hamburger steak be a single item? Can the hamburger steak be eaten alone without being sandwiched in the bun? If the hamburger steak was renamed "ground pork steak", would anyone still want to eat it?
I recently watched Joeman's Burger Steak Showdown, and I suddenly wanted to try it. I found this restaurant when passing by Southport, and it seemed to have high reviews.
First of all, you can have unlimited refills of rice and miso soup. The texture of the rice is good, as expected, it is slightly dry to match the fatty hamburger steak, and the soup is slightly salty.
Other side dishes are of a very good standard, especially the corn, white cauliflower, etc. in the hot iron bowl. The grilled taste is excellent, and the pickled cherry tomatoes on the side are also very satisfying.
Speaking of the highlight, the "Beef Hamburg Steak", the meat is tender and not greasy. The surface is slightly charred to increase the taste but not burnt or bitter. It is rich in soy sauce but not too salty. It is of a high level that can be eaten alone.
It's just that the price of such a hamburger steak set meal is not low, so maybe you can try it occasionally!
