I randomly found an izakaya that day. The atmosphere inside was very different from the Japanese izakayas I usually see. It was more modern and bright in style, giving people a very clean feeling.
Minimum consumption of RMB 600 per person. We ordered Tsukimi stir-fried water lotus, Tsukimi chicken floss rice, fried oysters, various skewers and cava (forgot to take pictures🥲). I don’t remember much about the skewers, but Tsukimi stir-fried water lotus and Tsukimi chicken rice. It was so delicious, we even ordered it twice! Their egg yolk has a milky flavor, which is very fragrant when opened. The fried water lotus itself is a bit salty, but it is well balanced with the egg yolk, adding an extra layer of taste. I started to think that the chicken floss rice would be very dry because it was chicken floss, but it turned out that it was minced meat one by one, and it was really delicious with chopped green onion, Japanese mayonnaise and egg yolk🥹This is a must-try! ! !
The waiters are friendly, the environment is bright and high-end, but the food is not expensive. Overall, it is highly recommended!
