Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand
Continuous Michelin recommendations for many years.
This time in Chiang Mai, I've been looking forward to dining at these two restaurants.
Overall, the service is super good, and the people are very friendly.
As for the dishes:
The crab fried rice is super tasty, but it’s a bit on the salty side.
The green curry and another dish, Tom Yum Kung, have very strong flavors.
Since we are on a fat-loss diet, we all tried not to eat too much rice, which resulted in us not finishing these two dishes that were meant to be paired with other items.
So, in comparison, the dishes here are indeed quite salty (but it might also be that we happened to choose the ones with stronger flavors).
Next time, I think we should try different options.
The grilled pork is seasoned very well – highly recommended!
You can make a reservation online; you won’t have to wait long, and it’s a very pleasant and comfortable dining experience.
As for the drinks, they are definitely light.
They have a sweet taste, and the alcohol flavor isn't strong at all.
I highly recommend pairing them with cocktails during the meal.
