I have to say, Thai cuisine is really appetizing no matter how you eat it. Even in the heat, I could finish my meal. It may not look like a large portion, but after eating it, I couldn't finish any dessert at all. I really like Thai stir-fried flat noodles; the sauce is perfectly balanced. Unfortunately, the bean sprouts were raw. In many Thai street snacks, a lot of the accompanying greens are raw too. If you're particular about that, you really need to consider it carefully.
Thai vendors usually provide self-service ice and water nearby, available for free. You'll never have to worry about being thirsty.
