The meals here, such as unsweetened soy milk and pandan oil sticks, offer a unique taste and flavor. The soft texture of the oil sticks paired with the pandan sauce is especially enjoyable.
The waiting time is about 2 to 3 minutes, and the service efficiency is pretty good.
Title: Snack Student - What to Eat
Chang Phuak Market Night Market in North Chiang Mai
★
If you want to eat soy milk with pandan fried dough,
from what I've observed, it’s only sold in the evening.
In the morning, they sell tofu pudding, soy milk, fried dough, and small sweet donuts.

Meal
I bought:
A cup of unsweetened soy milk 12 THB
Pandan fried dough 10 THB
There are two types of fried dough:
One has pandan sauce wrapped inside (10 THB)
The other is fried dough that you dip into pandan sauce (1 THB for one dough stick + pandan/condensed milk sauce 10 THB).

Thoughts
Being able to drink unsweetened soy milk in Chiang Mai is incredibly blissful,
especially paired with pandan sauce which you can only eat in Thailand.
Even though the fried dough is quite oily, I still want to eat it.
The fried dough has a chewy and soft texture, unlike the crispy kind sold in breakfast shops in Taiwan.
But being able to pair it with pandan sauce makes it very satisfying (it’s not overly sweet).
