When a small hot pot in Taipei costs NT$200, the momo sukiyaki on the fourth floor of Beijing Station is simply an angel. Even the cheapest plan has four kinds of meat and more than 20 kinds of fresh vegetable ingredients to choose from. Go to the beverage buffet bar, and you can get one meal for two meals for less than 500 per person, which is a great deal!
As for the location, the best one is the window seat for four, which is relatively spacious and there is no adjacent table. If there is an adjacent table, it will be relatively crowded when going in and out to get drinks.
This time I only ordered a single pot of sukiyaki soup base. If you want the mandarin duck pot, it costs +50 per person. The advantage is that you won’t be so tired after eating it (a common problem with sukiyaki pot🤣). It is recommended to have one heavy flavor and one light. A little bit of it (such as tomato pot or shabu-shabu). There is water and sukiyaki sauce at the table, so you can adjust the saltiness yourself. The sukiyaki pot will come with extra raw eggs. If you don't order sukiyaki in the soup base, it won't be there. Pay special attention to this.
As for the meat, the beef pork belly and pork plum blossoms are particularly good. It’s incredible to have pork plum blossoms like this at this price. I usually don’t order pork when I’m full, but I always order it here🤣
I saw in the previous article that someone shared that they could use the salty tonkotsu hotpot dipping sauce, so I ordered one. It tastes like garlic bread. Friends who like garlic flavor can try it😆
