I don’t usually like to eat in department stores, but Salt & Stone is one of the few stores I visit repeatedly. There are not many seats here, and the space is quite spacious. However, the decoration is not sound-absorbing, so it will be super noisy as long as there are more people or people speak louder!

There is a little difference between the lunch and evening menus

Thai Steak Salad
The portion is quite large for two people. The lettuce is made from kale, which is known as a superfood. It is paired with purple onions, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and quinoa. The texture is very rich, and the steak is fried to a crispy texture. Paired with Thai sauce, it’s very appetizing!

Gnocchi
I love this dish. If you can tolerate the taste of fennel, give it a try! The salty sausage is paired with the unique aroma of fennel, and paired with a sip of beer, it’s really enjoyable!

Grilled half chicken
The roasted half chicken is also a signature dish here. It is about the size of a spring chicken. The skin is crispy and the meat is tender. It is not overly seasoned and you can enjoy the fresh and sweet chicken flavor. It is great!

pecan pie
This is a dessert highly recommended by a friend. The walnuts are very fragrant and coated with caramel sauce. The texture is a bit harder. If you have bad teeth, I don’t recommend ordering this dish.

The food here is very satisfactory every time I come here, but for me who often eats in bistros, the menu changes here are too infrequent. The menu has been almost unchanged for several years.
