A small restaurant in the centre of the city. A bit hidden in the back of the pedestrian zone it offers outdoor seating too.
They offer original and authentic Italian food with ingredients from Puglia. With pinsa the original form of pizza you can have something different than the common pizza. Made with different flours and fermenatation of 72 hours it is also more digestible.
We had the bruschetta as appertizer and a salmon pinsa and Gorgonzola pear pasta for Main course. Everything was prepared fresh and very delicious.
The owner serving us was extremely friendly and we will definately come back soon.
