I chose the steamed, tender chicken instead of the roasted one. My impression was that it felt more like Hainan chicken rice than just chicken rice. However, I thought it was unusual to have so many ingredients and a soft-boiled egg on top. The overall taste was refreshing and not greasy, and I felt I could enjoy the vegetables in a balanced way!
