The lamb hot pot located in a residential garage is called garage lamb hot pot. Reservations by phone start at 14:00 each day, and it's really a matter of luck, haha. There was one time when I got through easily, but another time a friend tried calling almost a hundred times and couldn’t get through. Later, I found out that takeout is also an option. After 2:30 or 3:00, it’s much easier to get through, and picking up at 18:15 is quite convenient.

Because photography is prohibited in the working area of the store and for some reason my camera couldn’t focus, I couldn’t take any pictures. I’m sorry for making my friends wait, and it smelled too good and I was too hungry to not start eating, so I didn’t get photos of the food. I hope to go back soon to take some pictures to make up for it.

The lamb hot pot is still delicious; the lamb with skin is tender and tasty. You must try the lamb oil noodles, and the salty pork is quite good. The vegetables are fresh, and the other hot pot ingredients are average, although I personally think the sliced meat is just okay.

Remember, especially when dining outdoors, to keep the volume down so as not to disturb the neighbors (I remember there was a time when it was too noisy and we kept getting reported, right?). Therefore, during meal times at 18:00 and 19:50, the rules are a bit stricter, so let’s be understanding with each other. The service is good, and the environment has been kept clean and hygienic since the renovations a few years ago. It's getting tougher to make reservations as it gets colder, so I hope to go back soon, or else takeout should also be a good option.
