This time, I went with a base of purple rice and lettuce, but personally, I found that the rice didn't really go well with the dressing and the sweetness of the fruit, so next time, I want to choose pasta as my base instead 😂 By the way, the dressing was a mustard-based one with a bit of tanginess. My acquaintance's sesame dressing looked tastier, so I want to try that next time!

It’s the most compatible. The lettuce is also a good choice, but personally, I’m not a fan of the brown rice, since the rice is hot and contrasts with the other cold dishes.

I ordered the smoked salmon bowl. Usually the problem with Hawaiian bowls is that the portion is too small and makes you hungry, but I think the portion here is okay! The sauce and salmon are very fresh, and overall it's suitable for a lunch snack. Definitely not going to sleep!
