I recently visited the Hitomebore Kyobashi shop 🏮.
The spacious interior had both table seats and private rooms✨.
This time, I went for the unlimited lunch for 2000 yen!
The price is what you get when using a coupon from a gourmet website🉐. It's a three-hour course available on weekends and holidays from 12 PM to 5 PM✨.
For drinks, I chose:
Mango ginger 🥭🫚
Lemon ginger 🍋🫚
Draft beer 🍺
Mango sour 🥭
Each drink had a good amount and was very refreshing‼️
To start, we had:
Delicious salted cabbage 🧂🥬
The sauce was incredibly tasty, and it matched perfectly with the shredded chili 🌶️.
Shrimp chips 🦐
They were crunchy and delicious 🦐.
From there, we ordered a variety of dishes ☺️.
Salted bonito tataki 🧂
It was topped with garlic chips, and the salt paired well with it 🐟🧂.
Fresh fish carpaccio 🐟
It was bonito 🐟.
The light sauce made it very delicious 🐟.
Cheese mapo tofu 🔥🧀
The mildly spicy mapo tofu combined with cheese made it creamy and tasty 🔥🧀.
Assorted grilled chicken skewers 🐔
It included thigh, skin, and tsukune (chicken meatball) 🐔.
They were easy to eat, bite-sized, and delicious 🐔.
Mentaiko fries 🥔
Crispy fried potatoes served with mentaiko mayo sauce; they were tasty both on their own or with the sauce 🥔.
Water dumplings 🥟
These were light, easy to eat, and delicious 🥟.
Homemade potato salad 🥔
It was yellower than regular potato salad 🥔.
It had a garlic flavor and was seasoned differently than other potato salads; it was surprisingly delicious 🥔.
Salmon chazuke 🍚
The chazuke was topped generously with salmon.
The dashi was rich, and the saltiness of the salmon was just right, making it delicious 🍚🐟.
Each dish was more delicious than I expected‼️
It was worth more than the price✨.
