After moving, the environment is larger and more comfortable. The Chinese-style decor paired with authentic Sichuan cuisine makes it the first choice for authentic Sichuan food in Taipei. The boiled beef and spicy sour shredded potatoes (used to have fat intestines and eggplant casserole, but not anymore) are must-orders. The taste is just like what you would have in Sichuan, but be careful not to bite into the Sichuan peppercorns, or everything will feel numb, haha. The numbing and spicy flavor of the pepper-infused chicken feet combined with its soft and crispy texture is a great companion for beer. The fatty intestines and duck blood are delicious and quite flavorful. The ice jelly truly brings back that simple and nostalgic taste; I could eat two cups directly. If you want to enjoy Sichuan cuisine, this is the place to come. It seems there’s also a hot pot branch.

參加喜宴第一次來,應該是四川菜但是因為婚宴場所所以口味應該算是符合大眾口味,不像印象中的重辣重鹹相對清淡,因為菜色一次上齊加上桌數眾多所以溫度上面不好控制就不太講究,生魚片感覺沒有很好,其他菜色豐富種類眾多味道尚可,就是體驗在地婚宴文化。

📍台北市信義區(鄰近捷運象山站)近期熱門餐廳|配合台式口味調整的刁民酸菜魚🐟 刁民在信義區有兩間店,比較晚開的信義松仁店地點比較隱密,位於ATT Valley B1 平日基本上都不太需要排隊,可以直接跟櫃檯報到拿菜單,點完餐後直接入店 🥘 點餐品項 🍲 秘罈酸菜魚($898)大盛 另加寬冬粉、老油條、豬五花(每樣$49): 疫情之前,台灣酸菜魚還沒有熱門的時候,曾在上海連鎖店吃過酸菜魚,上海的油度、辣度跟酸度之高,覺得是一般台灣人沒辦法接受的程度 第一次吃刁民也覺得怕怕的,還好一吃覺得是很溫和的酸菜魚🤣 雖然還是蠻油的,不過酸度跟辣度都調降許多,類似酸菜白肉鍋店的酸度 湯勉強可喝,而且還可以加龍骨白湯,緩和辣度,魚的口感也不錯,是一段時間沒吃會懷念的味道🫶🏻 🪆 母湯娃娃菜($90): 高湯煮成的菜品,這次吃到覺得菜梗還是很硬,沒有煮到軟爛,不太推薦!
