The portion is super large! A bowl of pot rice is definitely too much for an average girl to finish 😂. Usually, someone who doesn't feel full after a bowl of rice will be satisfied with just this bowl! The price and portion don’t make sense at all! It’s super generous in size! The flavor is also very strong! It's very authentic Sichuan, and you can have it as spicy as you want! The owner is very... straightforward 😂, no beating around the bush!
Chengdu sour and spicy noodles taste pretty good! (But personally, my favorite is still Old Sichuan 😂 I haven't eaten anything better than Old Sichuan in Taiwan～ This place should be my current second favorite.)
Tofu is awesome! (Actually, it seems like there’s no need to order it separately, because the ingredients in other dishes are basically quite similar.)

The shrimp is super big! And it's very delicious!
The boss saw that we were burning from the spice and helped us prepare a cup of soothing tea. It was really amazing; it immediately relieved the burning in our throats.

參加喜宴第一次來，應該是四川菜但是因為婚宴場所所以口味應該算是符合大眾口味，不像印象中的重辣重鹹相對清淡，因為菜色一次上齊加上桌數眾多所以溫度上面不好控制就不太講究，生魚片感覺沒有很好，其他菜色豐富種類眾多味道尚可，就是體驗在地婚宴文化。

刁民在信義區有兩間店，比較晚開的信義松仁店地點比較隱密，位於ATT Valley B1
平日基本上都不太需要排隊，可以直接跟櫃檯報到拿菜單，點完餐後直接入店

🍲 秘罈酸菜魚（$898）大盛
另加寬冬粉、老油條、豬五花（每樣$49）：
疫情之前，台灣酸菜魚還沒有熱門的時候，曾在上海連鎖店吃過酸菜魚，上海的油度、辣度跟酸度之高，覺得是一般台灣人沒辦法接受的程度
第一次吃刁民也覺得怕怕的，還好一吃覺得是很溫和的酸菜魚🤣 雖然還是蠻油的，不過酸度跟辣度都調降許多，類似酸菜白肉鍋店的酸度
湯勉強可喝，而且還可以加龍骨白湯，緩和辣度，魚的口感也不錯，是一段時間沒吃會懷念的味道🫶🏻
🪆 母湯娃娃菜（$90）：
高湯煮成的菜品，這次吃到覺得菜梗還是很硬，沒有煮到軟爛，不太推薦！

🍋 檸檬青花椒魚 超值量（$248）：
這裡的酸菜魚有三種尺寸，迷你量、超值量、大份量
很餓的時候建議還是要點超值量，份量比較剛好
第一次喝到這種檸檬的湯頭，檸檬的酸度非常夠，怕酸的人真的不能點
湯裡的料蠻多種種類，魚每塊的尺寸比較小塊、嫩度很夠，另外還有豬肉片、娃娃菜、韓國年糕、冬粉
🤩 金湯酸菜魚 超值量（$258）：
這款是一般常見的酸菜魚口味，蠻類似刁民的口味，湯頭很好吃，比較不偏酸、辣度稍微高一些
