10000 Coffee is famous for its croissant,
This croissant sells for RMB 100, but the taste is only RMB 60.
On weekend evenings, after walking outdoors in the hot weather, it is best to find a cafe, sit down, cool down, and have a dessert.
At 10,000 coffees at around 7pm, there are fewer people. The interior decoration in the store uses simple black and white tones as the main visual, capturing the attention of passersby.
There were not many croissant items left in the window. What my friend and I wanted to eat the most was actually the tiramisu croissant. Unfortunately, we were only one step away, and were ordered away by the previous group of customers in disgust. We had no choice but to take away the last blueberry yogurt croissant.
The smooth blueberry yogurt sauce was beautifully squeezed on top, which satisfied our desire to take photos and check in. After taking about 100 photos, we found that something was not right with this croissant at the first cut.
The croissant is hard and difficult to cut. The surface is crispy when bitten, but the crispy part only accounts for about 1mm, and the rest of the bread is dry and hard. But since it is mixed with blueberry yogurt sauce, it can make up for the dry part of the croissant.
It's actually delicious, the blueberry yogurt sauce is rich and delicious, but the croissant is average.
Personally, I think the key to a delicious croissant is whether the skin is crispy or not. The extremely crispy crust and multi-layered texture, combined with the moist and soft bread body, isn’t that what makes croissants so fascinating? Without these advantages, this can only be regarded as a blueberry yogurt bread🥺.
I don’t know if the croissants were baked early in the morning and left in the freezer until evening, causing the water to lose. Perhaps because of the blueberry yogurt sauce, the croissant cannot be served after re-baking, which is really a disadvantage.
This store is OK for taking photos and checking in, but the croissant part is not as impressive as the online reviews.
