The lo mein noodles are very crispy, a little hard, and have a good texture. The shrimp wonton skin is thick, and the meat filling and shrimp are pretty even and very solid.
The porridge tastes like thick soup, without the texture of rice, and the added eggs are raw eggs! I thought it would be weird, but after stirring it up and eating it with porridge, it becomes smoother. It's very special.
The boss and his wife are from Hong Kong, and the wife is very fierce. I don’t know if it’s because of this. The restaurant is very quiet and the food is delicious. If you care about service quality, you may want to consider it.
