Walking into the Siwei Road Night Market from Chung Hwa Road, you'll first come across this stall selling peanut roll ice cream. The freshly shaved peanut candy crumbles fall like snowflakes, wrapped around two scoops of your choice of ice cream, and then neatly rolled in spring roll skin, finally topped with a touch of cilantro (which can be omitted at your request), all of which will remind you of flavors from childhood.
There are six ice cream flavors available: "Swiss Chocolate," "Taro," "Champagne Grape," "Mango," "Strawberry," and "Sea Salt Cheese," among others. If you're expecting a creamy and dense ice cream, then this stall might not be for you. However, if you prefer a crispy texture, you can also choose the cone version, which is "Double Scoop for 50 NT dollars."
