I ordered one basket each of shrimp and meat, with hot and sour soup and yam pork ribs soup. The family next door ordered eight baskets at a time, and we waited for a while before our food was served. The steamed dumplings have thin skin and solid fillings, and the taste is on the sweet side. The fresh shrimps have a strong shrimp flavor, but there is no shrimp texture. The hot and sour soup is based on bonito, not sour or spicy, with coriander added, and the taste of pig blood is a bit strong (people who don't like it may not be used to it). Overall, it is a delicious and flavorful soup. I added vinegar and pepper. Cabbage is also added to the soup.
