Accompanying someone for a follow-up visit, I didn’t know what to have for dinner after that, so I decided to try Gaoji Dumplings, which had a long queue every time I passed by.
Mainly because my fellow travelers like to eat dumplings, but I personally don’t like dumplings and don’t like the taste of dumplings⋯
The clerk directed me to the inside area of Sanwu Dumplings. The clerk directly asked me how many dumplings I wanted and whether I wanted hot and sour soup. No menu was provided.
Two people ordered 20 dumplings and a bowl of hot and sour soup. I rarely eat dumplings, and I rarely eat dumplings from outside. My personal thoughts are...why are they so small😂
There isn’t much filling, but it’s solid and juicy, so it’s not unpalatable, but I really don’t like the dumpling taste in my mouth after eating it🥲
Some of my fellow dumpling travelers had similar feelings to mine.
The hot and sour soup is just...an ordinary hot and sour soup. I have no impressions of it, but if I really want to accompany others to eat it, I won't order it again.
It's okay for a simple meal, but I personally wouldn't particularly want to return.
In addition, I asked the clerk if Sanwu and Gaoji were in the same store. The clerk said that the two were different stores with different owners. Sanwu lent the store seating area to Gaoji at night, and Gaoji lent the store seats during the day. Lend it to Sanwu. If you look carefully at Gaoji’s business hours on weekdays, it’s really only in the evening!
