Jinan Beef Noodles on Section 2 of Jinan Road was established in 1965 and has been fragrant for nearly 50 years.
Although the store has long been handed over to the second generation, the original model still often appears in the store sometimes. Of course, the technology has been passed down well, so gourmets, please rest assured.

What I enjoyed today was a large bowl of braised beef noodles, priced at 210 yuan.

Braised beef noodles:
You can choose the thickness of the noodles. I chose the thin noodles that I am used to eating. The thin noodles have a delicate and gentle texture and are enough to hold the soup. The thick noodles are the common Yangchun noodles.
The beef soup base is a thick braised soup with a thick and solid taste, not too salty, and you won't feel thirsty after eating it.

The vegetable in the noodles is water spinach, which is a relatively rare combination. Most of them are Chinese cabbage or green vegetables, and a small part of spinach. Water spinach is indeed rare.
The beef is quite large and tastes very tender, and the small portion of beef with ribs is also quite delicious.

The sauerkraut and beef noodles in the store also go well together. If you are not against it, please be sure to try it. It is salty, sour and refreshing.

Overall, the strength of the store that has been able to carry the fragrance for 50 years has passed the test of time, and the store has also completed the major handover project well. Although the store's internal area is small, if there is space in the store when you pass by, you might as well come in and eat. One bowl, you won’t regret it.

This place is a brightly lit shop we passed by often and finally decided to give it a try. It's not the best beef noodle soup but it's pretty decent, the beef is tender and soup base is satisfying. The noodles were a bit grainy but still okay. They have free drinks: soybean milk (sweetened) and black tea (sweetened) which are okay as well. It's a fairly popular place: when we left there were many waiting to be seated. In general we left satisfied.

用餐空間餐廳支援多種支付方式,付款非常方便。 店內提供免費紅茶喝到飽,午餐時間客人較多。 紅茶的甜度剛剛好,不像一般市售的紅茶那麼甜,十分解渴。 店內還販售多樣的小菜,並提供醬料和酸菜供客人自助取用。 餐點 紅燒牛肉麵 紅燒牛肉麵的湯頭非常棒,味道濃郁但不會過於油膩,讓人感到十分爽口。 麵條屬於台式拉麵,口感較為耐嚼,麵體也較粗,這種麵條特別受到人們的喜愛,我個人也非常喜歡。 許多牛肉麵店都使用這種台式拉麵。 牛肉部分也很不錯,軟嫩可口,並且不是使用常見的牛腱心,口感更為豐富,肉味也較重。 整體來說,這碗紅燒牛肉麵無論是湯頭還是麵條、牛肉,都讓人不錯,價格在低一點會更好。

IG上有名的預約制私廚牛肉麵非常難訂,朋友相約並負責訂位,一等等了三個月! 這樣的營運模式⋯期待值真的拉滿 沒想到真的是完完全全的私人公寓二樓,在人家家餐廳吃飯,有貓、也有家人同住,一張長方形餐桌座位剛好坐6人。 等待老楊上菜的過程,欣賞著老闆家的裝潢擺設佈置,滿滿的藏書、唱片、香氛,放著輕鬆的爵士樂,瀰漫牛肉湯的味道飄出來⋯感覺得到老闆是個有品味、有堅持的中年男人⋯應該吧? 牛肉麵是很清澈的大骨清燉湯頭,牛肉應該是牛肋條吧早就被燉到舌頭一碰就要化開,有蔥花跟生蒜片增加一些香味,很暖很爽沒啥負擔,就這樣埋頭吃光喝光,麵條偏軟Q(若能提供更多麵條選項應該更好,我個人感覺超適合配一點嚼勁的扁麵) 值得一提是兩個有限的小菜,帶點胡麻香的韓式泡菜,帶點花椒油香的高麗菜絲,都讓人覺得蠻精緻用心的~ 獨特氣氛&稀有性帶來的心情舒服感+用心製作又美味的餐點,會期待回訪,也會推薦好友! 有時候店家哀居有零星的座位釋出,可以追蹤起來碰碰運氣!
