It was very difficult to make a reservation. A friend made an appointment and was responsible for the reservation, so we had to wait for three months!

I didn't expect that it was really a completely private apartment on the second floor. I ate in the restaurant. There were cats and family living with me. There was a rectangular dining table that could seat 6 people.
While waiting for Lao Yang to serve the food, I admired the decoration of the boss’s home, which is full of books, records, fragrances, relaxing jazz music, and the smell of beef soup wafting out... I feel that the boss is a tasteful and persistent person A middle-aged man, right?
The beef noodles are a very clear large bone stewed soup. The beef must be beef ribs that have been stewed until it melts when touched by the tongue. There are chopped green onions and raw garlic slices to add some flavor. It is warm, refreshing and not burdensome. That's it. I ate and drank it all, the noodles were a bit soft (it would be better if there were more noodle options, I personally think they are perfect with chewy flat noodles)
It is worth mentioning that there are two limited side dishes, Korean kimchi with a hint of flax, and shredded cabbage with a hint of pepper oil, both of which make people feel quite delicate and thoughtful~
