Although Quanfeng is a breakfast restaurant, it is only open for dinner and late night snacks.
Arrived around 7pm today and there was already a crowd. There are about 5 tables for two people in the store and 2 tables in the arcade. The internal environment is clean and self-service.
Ordered the following meals today.
Multi-scallion egg cake: The base is powdered egg cake, and the egg cake body has been fully mixed with flour and eggs during production. It is not greasy at all when it is fried and served, and the cake body is complete and clean, with a refreshing and rich egg flavor in the mouth.
Scallion Omelette: The outer shell is the same as the Scallion Omelette. The onion meat filling is full of onion flavor and the minced meat is juicy. It is very delicious when paired with the refreshing egg pancake crust.
Tuna egg toast: It is different from the tuna that is added with a lot of mayonnaise in ordinary breakfast restaurants, and is closer to the taste of popular canned tuna. The toast is spread with milk marin and freshly fried eggs, which is a simple and delicious dish.
Quanfeng's signature egg cake is indeed unique and delicious. If you live nearby and don’t know what to eat for late-night snacks, I highly recommend giving it a try.
