For late-night egg cakes, I definitely recommend Quanfeng Egg Pancakes. It was formerly known as Sisters Egg Pancakes and has been very famous since then. I don’t know why it had to change its name, but it shows that this egg pancake shop that has been around since 1997 has a good reputation!
Quanfeng's egg pancakes are also batter-type, but they are not greasy and soft when fried, but spring up neatly. Especially the green onion flavor in the pancake skin is very fragrant, so the original egg pancake with scallions is my favorite.
In addition, the scallion egg pancake is a newly launched flavor. The scallion meat is minced pork, so it looks juicy when you eat it, which is different from the simpler taste of the original scallion egg pancake.
The flavors of the egg pancakes range from traditional ham and meat floss to creative scallion and kimchi flavors. Of course, toast and steamed buns are also available, but they are less distinctive in comparison!
