The quality of Din Tai Fung's various branches has always been very consistent. From service and environment to food, each branch maintains a very high standard. It's a safe choice for gatherings with family, friends, or colleagues without the worry of a disappointing experience, and it will definitely offer a hospitable experience.

The only drawback is that you might need to arrive early to queue for a number. Otherwise, during meal times, you might have to wait for about an hour.

Red Oil Wontons / Shrimp Meat: A must-order dish every time, the red oil wontons have exceptionally large shrimp, and the sauce is wonderfully balanced. It's not too spicy, with a slightly sweet and mildly spicy sauce that enhances the freshness of the shrimp, making it incredibly delightful.
Shredded Pork Egg Fried Rice: The fried rice at Din Tai Fung is truly top-notch. You can choose between brown rice or white rice, and the heat and amount of oil are perfectly controlled. You won’t feel overly greasy by the end, yet it retains the fragrance of eggs and the wok hei of fried rice. A hidden way to enjoy it is to pair it with their red oil wontons, as drizzling the wonton sauce over the fried rice elevates the flavor even further.
Chicken Xiao Long Bao / 5 pieces: Ding Tai Fung's most famous Xiao Long Bao series; personally, I quite like the taste of the chicken Xiao Long Bao. Compared to pork, it has a fresher taste, but just as much broth.
Lamb Steamed Dumplings / 5 pieces: I ordered the lamb steamed dumplings to try, without expecting much, but they turned out to be surprisingly delicious. The lamb flavor is rich but not gamey, complemented by the aroma of cilantro. The two blend harmoniously, making them suitable for those who love cilantro.
Braised Beef Noodle Soup / Half Tendon Half Meat: The noodles are thin, and the braised broth is very rich. Everyone thinks it's very delicious, comparable to specialty beef noodle restaurants.
Braised beef noodles can also have additional soup; they provide an extra small bowl of soup, which is very nice.
On the left is the additional chili sauce, similar to oil-splashed chili, very fragrant. If you like it spicy, you can tell the waiter.
The tea is refilled frequently, so there is basically no time when the cup is empty.
