雙連鵝肉小館

This small shop called "Shuanglian Goose Meat" is located near the Ningxia Night Market, tucked away in an alley. You might not even notice it if you don't walk in. 🤣

The business inside is quite good. 👌 On weekday evenings, it's about 70-80% full. Interestingly, the menu inside doesn't show prices. 😮 However, there is a price list posted on the wall once you enter. 🤣 It's quite unique. The menu mainly consists of goose meat dishes, noodles, and various side dishes.

1. Goose Meat - Goose Leg 🦢
   I originally thought the leg would be more tender, but I might have been a little bit wrong. 🤣 Because the leg has more bones. 🦴 I wanted to take a big bite without worrying about small bones or having to gnaw on bones. However, the goose meat is indeed very tender and delicious! The seasoning is just right—not too salty. But the price isn't cheap! A plate of this portion costs about $100-200.

2. Pig Blood Cake
   Cooked very soft, with sesame oil and shredded ginger added. It's okay.

3. Sliced Noodles and Rice Vermicelli
   Just the usual taste of soup noodles. 🤣 Very standard.

4. Blanched Water Spinach
   In my opinion, the portion is small for the $50 price! But I try to include vegetables in every meal. 🥬🤣

Overall, I think the food is quite good, but the prices are somewhat high. 🤣 I only come here when I really want to eat goose meat!
