I originally thought the leg would be more tender, but I might have been a little bit wrong. 🤣 Because the leg has more bones. 🦴 I wanted to take a big bite without worrying about small bones or having to gnaw on bones. However, the goose meat is indeed very tender and delicious! The seasoning is just right—not too salty. But the price isn't cheap! A plate of this portion costs about $100-200. -
