❤️ Wang Group's top-tier teppanyaki cuisine, combined with customer-first service, is highly recommended for anyone wanting to try premium French teppanyaki dishes. Each post will feature actual dining photos; even if it’s just a photo of a drink, this is to prevent some users from pretending to dine without food pictures. Overall evaluation: 🌕🌕🌕🌗🌑

📍 The restaurant is located on the bustling Section 2 of Zhongshan North Road, near Zhongshan Station. It provides indoor seating (it's not clear how many it can accommodate, but observations suggest it can easily fit over a hundred people), and restrooms are available. 🚗 There’s a designated parking lot for those driving, right below the restaurant, which offers a 2-hour discount for dining customers. Additionally, the Taisau Zhongshan Building underground parking and the Zhongshan Sports Center underground parking are also designated parking areas. 🏍️ There are plenty of motorcycle parking spots on Alley 46, Section 2 of Zhongshan North Road, which should be fairly easy to find on weekends.

💬 This visit was for a Father's Day meal. Arriving before 11 AM, the waiting area was already filled with people waiting to dine, making it a bit chaotic as patrons had to stand while waiting for a table, although the actual dining capacity didn’t seem full.

The basement environment has air conditioning and provides industrial standing fans for ventilation. The servers consistently introduce every dish and guide guests on how to enjoy their meal.

Dining here allows you to watch the teppanyaki chef showcase their skills up close, but I suggest that the chef offer varying levels of doneness for each guest to accommodate different tastes.

After the main course, diners are moved to the dessert area, which continues the dim atmosphere that has been the same for the past ten years; it could be brightened up a bit to allow guests to converse and relax.

However, the environment in the basement may pose some challenges for those with mobility issues.

🍞 Parmesan Cheese Bread (Refillable) This bread has a crispy exterior and a soft interior, with the aroma of cheese wafting in the air. You can refill it endlessly, turning a single piece of bread into an all-you-can-eat experience (not really).
It is also unlimited champagne.
Appetizer - Lemon Butter Shrimp & Truffle Steamed Egg The fresh shrimp is paired with lemon butter, which is a bit on the ordinary side. The truffle steamed egg is smooth and tender, fairly standard overall.
🥣 Soup - Spring Vegetable and Wagyu Borscht Originally, it was served with raw beef, onions, and zucchini, and then the waiter would pour the borscht into the soup bowl. It's somewhat similar to the method used in Vietnamese raw beef dishes. The wagyu is tender, and it is recommended not to soak it for too long to avoid overcooking the wagyu before consumption. However, this soup bowl has always been quite difficult to drink from, which can be tricky for those who want to drink the soup directly from the bowl.
🥗 Salad - Smoked Salmon Cheese Salad Tender smoked salmon paired with rich cheese, formed into a small ball, quite interesting. The salad is served with apple slices, which helps to cleanse the palate.
🦞 Seafood - Hokkaido Dried Scallops & Large Prawns & Halibut Every bite of seafood allows you to savor the sweetness of the ocean, and the scallops are fresh and juicy. The halibut is served on a separate plate, and the sauce that goes with it is delicious, although the portion is a bit small.
🍚 Sakura shrimp fried rice The fried rice is dotted with the fresh flavor of sakura shrimp. Although it's in a slightly smaller bowl, just like the bread, you can have unlimited refills. If you can't get enough, start eating from here! 🤣
🥩Main Course - Brandy Duck Breast The flavor of the brandy duck breast is rich yet not greasy. When eating it, it's hard to tell that it's duck breast; it's very tender, and the portion size is generous. I'm not sure what kind of preparation was done to make the taste so unique, but it pairs well with apple sauce too.
🥩 Main Course - Japanese A5 Wagyu Japanese A5 Wagyu melts in your mouth, and the marbling is quite even. However, it's a bit disappointing that the garlic is not whole slices.
☕Tiramisu Iced Coffee The rich aroma of coffee paired with the sweetness of tiramisu makes for a perfect choice to conclude this feast, with the overall flavor leaning towards sweetness due to the presence of tiramisu.
🍓Strawberry Lemon Mousse I didn't eat this at all because I was completely full after the main course... I took a small bite of the mousse and the cookie, and the lemon flavor was quite nice.
The text translates to: "Using high-concentration whiskey to prepare the meal is directly in the front row of the iron plate."
You can see the ingredients right in front of you, ensuring a clean and hygienic handling environment.
