This time I came to eat "Aguo Cut Noodles," which was once recommended by Bib Gourmand.
The dining space is moderate.
As soon as you enter the store, the owner will ask if you want to eat in or take out.
Business seems pretty good because I overheard the staff telling a customer that they might combine tables later on. 😂
The menu items are not many.
There are various side dishes, greens, other dishes, soups, noodle soups, and dry noodles!
This time I had dry cut noodles, dry wonton cut noodles, fish ball soup, fried braised pork, dried tofu, and braised duck eggs. 😂
Dry Cut Noodles
Price: $45
The portion is not large.
It has a pretty fresh flavor.
It comes with sweet chili sauce! Very smooth.
Dry Wonton Cut Noodles
Price: $85
Includes 5 wontons. 🤨
The wontons are not especially large.
Just average, I guess.
Fish Ball Soup
Price: $45
The fish balls are delicious!
The soup is also quite nice. 👍🏻
Fried Braised Pork
Price: $80
I think the portion is quite small. 😂
It tastes pretty good.
The skin is quite crispy.
The ratio of lean to fat is just right. 😎
Dried Tofu and Braised Duck Egg
The dried tofu has a familiar flavor.
Dipping it in the store's spicy sauce is quite nice.
The braised duck egg is fairly large!
It is a bit saltier.
Overall, I think the food is quite tasty, but the prices are a bit high. 🥸
