I often look for hot pot restaurants on Google Maps and found this newly opened all-you-can-eat place. I came to try it with friends this time, three people dining. There are four pricing options, and we chose the highest one—899 for the full flavor plus 199 for unlimited beef. The 10% cleaning fee is charged separately, making it 1208 per person.

We could choose 2 out of 6 soup bases, and we selected the signature spicy hot pot and the Hokkaido kombu pot. We ordered Japanese F1 wagyu, Australian grain-fed M8 wagyu, American prime boneless short rib, Australian beef tongue, CH natural beef shoulder, marinated beef tendon, marinated beef tripe, mouthwatering braised intestines, angel shrimp, Penghu small squid, fresh oysters, king crab meat sticks, Canadian Matsusaka pork, black hairy cow collar, tender flounder, and fresh clams.

The first round of meat was quite good in quality with beautiful marbling, but the quality started to decline in the second and third rounds, with most being just fat 😞. The marinated beef tendon only became soft after cooking for a long time, and the angel shrimp were somewhat small but had decent texture. We unanimously found the fresh oysters to be not fresh. The clams and squid were acceptable, but the flounder tasted a bit odd, hard to describe. The vegetables were all quite fresh and clean; the napa cabbage was huge. As for the fried items, I don't know what happened, but they seemed double-fried. A friend said some of the fruits were spoiled, and I felt unwell at home afterwards 😂. I didn’t try the dessert as it didn’t look appealing to me. Personally, I wouldn’t return.
