Yuzu-flavored scallop ramen features a perfect harmony of seafood flavors and the aroma of yuzu, offering a refreshing taste. The lavish super platter is packed with a variety of meats, with chicken being particularly famous for its deliciousness. Overall, the satisfaction level is high, and the price is also reasonable.
The interior has only counter seats, creating a clean and inviting atmosphere that is easy to visit even alone. Due to its popularity, there is often a line forming before opening hours, so an early visit is recommended.
The service is quick, and the staff are friendly. It's a popular place that often has a line, but they handle it efficiently.
Yingjia Ramen has quite a few branches, and this time we visited the one located in the Qingguang Market. As soon as it hits noon, the line starts forming. Fortunately, we arrived early and managed to secure a spot in the outdoor waiting area, so we were able to be seated as part of the first group.
Their ramen is not expensive, with standard ramen generally priced between $230 and $300. The soup bases they offer include:
Additionally, there are options to customize the type of noodles, firmness, and toppings corresponding to each type of broth.
I chose the "Yuzu Scallop Ramen" for $280, which is limited to 30 bowls.
The soup is incredibly refreshing, with a strong seafood flavor, and the dried yuzu and yuzu aroma add a lot to the broth, preventing it from being overly salty. It has a delightful balance of salty and sweet.
For the noodles, I recommend choosing the "hard thin" type 👉 this is how you truly enjoy ramen.
However, I foolishly ordered a "Deluxe Super Combo Platter" for $130.
Inside, there were exceptionally large pieces of sous-vide chicken, sous-vide pork, and chicken thigh char siu. The portion was completely different from what I expected. It was very filling, and the thickness was substantial. This $130 platter was packed with meat, to the point of being overly stuffed.
The chicken was quite tasty, but I found the sous-vide pork a bit undercooked and the texture was too soft for my liking; I prefer something more firm and crisp. But overall, the portion and richness of the Deluxe Combo Platter definitely deserve a perfect score 💯.
I believe the broth is my favorite among all the ramen options. I really enjoy scallops, love a strong seafood taste in soup, and appreciate yuzu flavor; this bowl was really well-balanced and made for an enjoyable dining experience (except for the part where I ate too much, haha).

Japanese-style ramen shop🍜
They have a branch in Taipei City, and I had high expectations since it was also recommended by friends✨
【Atmosphere of the Shop】
I went during lunchtime on a weekday, and there were already customers lined up before opening, which made me feel that it was indeed a popular place! It seemed like about ten people were in line! I recommend going early for lunch or dinner.
Inside, all the seats are at the counter, and it’s not very spacious! There were many solo diners and female customers, and the shop was clean, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal✨
【Food Evaluation】
Since I went right after opening, I ordered the limited Yuzu and Scallop Ramen 🍜.
The soup was light and had a strong seafood flavor! The aroma of yuzu wafted pleasantly, and even though I usually don’t drink the broth, this time I finished it all😂
Not only was there a large scallop (one big piece), but there were also two large pieces of chicken and char siu, providing a lot of satisfaction! The impression was very good that they serve a carefully crafted ramen!
I want to go back and have this again, and I'm also interested in the chicken white soup, so I definitely want to visit again🙌
