What makes the beef bone ramen special is the cheese on top, and it's cheese mousse!! Very cool! The broth has a rich beef bone aroma, and there are about six slices of beef on top. Although the beef is medium-rare, it still tends to be a bit overcooked. This ramen has a thick noodle body, and the great thing is that they serve a whole soft-boiled egg!
▶ Pork Bone Seafood Meat Platter $350 ◀
The broth is a rich milky white pork bone soup, and the meat platter really has a lot of meat! There are three types in total -- thinly sliced chashu, sous-vide chicken, and grilled chicken thigh. I particularly like the grilled chicken thigh, as it is very tender and absorbs a lot of broth. The noodles are thinner, but the firmness is just right! The broth is very rich, and if you find it too heavy towards the end, you can request a bowl of light broth!
