Base: half brown rice, half lettuce
Protein: Chicken
Side dishes: broccoli/corn/kimchi/edamame/asparagus
Sauce: sesame sauce
Topping: shredded seaweed
Their chicken is in big chunks and has a lot of portions. It tastes quite fresh without any chicken smell. It seems to be marinated with a little spice. It's quite refreshing and not too spicy. It goes very well with their homemade sesame sauce. Paired with it, the sauce is so strong that you will take one sip after another unconsciously! Recommend the flax sauce! !
The ingredients are all above par. My favorite is the kimchi. The acidity and spiciness are well balanced and will not take away the taste of other side dishes. It goes well with the sesame sauce! The other vegetables are quite crisp and refreshing, highly recommended~
🍚Dining environment
This store is small, and even during weekday dining periods, you need to register and wait to be seated. Basically, you need to share a table with others, but there are partitions in the middle, so it is quite friendly to one person ~ The environment is clean and bright, and it is semi-self-service style. Return the plates to the counter by yourself. There is no water provided for internal use. You need to bring your own water.
🍚Overall feeling
This is one of the top three poke restaurants in Taipei that I personally recommend! The ingredients are very delicious and the ingredients are very fresh. Although the space is small and there are many people during peak hours, you have to wait even for daily use. But overall, I will come back many times. It’s a good choice if you want to eat healthy and delicious!
