I ate at Wuhe Jilin, and now I’m here to try the Wuhe series hot pot. The most unique thing about this place is the 10% service charge at the 2280 price point. There’s unlimited fresh frozen king crab legs available. For the soup base, a two-person meal can choose two flavors; the dual-flavor pot is quite large. After adding a large pile of king crab legs, there’s still plenty of room to cook Wagyu beef. The soup bases include Japanese kombu, spicy, Huadiao chicken, sukiyaki, pepper chicken white broth, Mongolian, and tomato. This time, we chose Huadiao chicken and chicken white broth. The Huadiao chicken is quite fragrant, and I didn’t add any dipping sauce; just cooked and ate it directly, and it was still very flavorful.
Ordering is done through a QR code with a 7-minute cooling time. Two people can order up to six kinds of meat or seafood at once. The meal lasts for 120 minutes, and you can order for 90 minutes. If you set a timer, you could probably make 12 rounds. If you order scallops, you can get up to 144 pieces. If you order king crab, you can get 216 pieces. If you order A5 Wagyu, you can get 7200 grams. It can be quite annoying to keep track of the 7-minute timer (laughs).
You can take three king crab legs at a time, so for two people, you can get a maximum of 18 legs in one round. Some are big, some are small; some are just thin edges, but some are very large chunks. They come pre-cut, and there’s a sharp stick provided to poke at the crab meat. The meat is quite fresh, neither mushy nor sticking to the shell. It would be even better if they included a pair of scissors. Even after cooking so many pots, there are no unpleasant odors; that’s impressive.
The Hokkaido raw consumption grade scallops are very large, and you can take two at a time, with a maximum of 12 per round for two people.
They also served a plate of Japanese A5 Wagyu NY strip, which is super tender and delicious. They also served a plate of Japanese F1 Wagyu ribeye, which is also tasty and tastes like A5 grade.
Japanese A5 Wagyu sirloin has a heavier texture. Japanese A5 Wagyu ribeye is a bit more fatty than the sirloin. The ribeye is very tender; I could keep ordering that. The Australian 8+ Wagyu boneless short ribs have a very strong beef flavor; I don’t understand why it’s only available at the 2280 price point. Meat must be ordered in increments of 100 grams, with a maximum of six plates for two people in a round.
I didn't order anything else; with the king crab legs available, who cares about other hot pot ingredients? The vegetables looked fresh, but I didn’t eat any of them.
The mango smoothie from the drink bar is very good; I didn’t try any other drinks.
The ice cream is Coldstone’s six flavors, and the Wuhe series has honey ice cream as well. Coldstone is easy to scoop; it’s neither too hard nor too soft, and the chocolate flavor is very rich.
The staff delivers food quickly, clears tables promptly, and refills soup quickly. They are polite but not annoying. Although it's quite bothersome to keep track of the 7-minute intervals, I didn't miss a half-order, and every order was served within three minutes, which is fantastic.

This hot pot restaurant specializing in Shabu-shabu with Wagyu beef, located near Jiangzicui, has transitioned from à la carte to all-you-can-eat. For this meal with three people, we chose the lowest price option of 988 NT dollars for the "Classic Enjoyment Buffet" to give it a try.

This time, we chose the 988 NT dollars classic buffet and were satisfied with the quality of the ingredients and service. Although it’s the lowest price option, we could still enjoy Wagyu and Iberico pork, plus good seafood choices. The value for money is high. Next time, I’d like to try a higher-priced meal.
