Review from a braces-wearing person: Has an independent wash basin

This hot pot restaurant specializing in Shabu-shabu with Wagyu beef, located near Jiangzicui, has transitioned from à la carte to all-you-can-eat. For this meal with three people, we chose the lowest price option of 988 NT dollars for the "Classic Enjoyment Buffet" to give it a try.

Dining time is 120 minutes, ordering time is 90 minutes (you can place an order every 7 minutes)

Overall performance is good, recommended for dining with friends.
The vegetable buffet area is standard, but has all the common vegetable types, and this time there was chrysanthemum greens, which I ate a lot of.
Broth
There are quite a few choices, we ordered spicy hot pot and flower wine chicken.
Meat
The Wagyu options performed quite well, the meat was tender, especially the Australian 6+ Wagyu ribeye and Japanese F1 domestic Wagyu, both were good.
Iberico black-haired pork chuck: the fat distribution is even, the texture is great, friends who enjoy pork shouldn’t miss this.
Seafood
The shrimp were very fresh, and the staff kindly helped peel them, which is a nice touch.
The speed of dish serving after ordering is very fast, it doesn't keep you waiting too long, which is very satisfying.
This time, we chose the 988 NT dollars classic buffet and were satisfied with the quality of the ingredients and service. Although it’s the lowest price option, we could still enjoy Wagyu and Iberico pork, plus good seafood choices. The value for money is high. Next time, I’d like to try a higher-priced meal.

吃過武鶴吉林 極鶴 這次來吃鶴系列的涮武鶴這家最不同的應該是2280價位的 10%服務費 有生凍帝王蟹腳吃到飽 湯底2人用餐可以選2種口味 鴛鴦鍋蠻大的 丟了一大堆帝王蟹腳還是很多空間可以涮和牛 鍋底有日式昆布 麻辣 花雕雞 壽喜燒 胡椒雞白湯 蒙古 番茄 這次選了花雕雞和雞白湯 花雕雞蠻香的 從頭吃到尾都沒加沾醬 直接涮了就吃還是很夠味 點餐用掃碼點 7分鐘冷卻時間 一次兩人可以點6樣肉或海鮮 用餐120分鐘 可以點90分鐘 鬧鐘設好應該是可以點個12輪 都點干貝可以點144顆 都點帝王蟹可以點216塊 都點A5和牛可以點7200克 就是要一直顧著七分鐘很煩 (笑) 生凍的帝王蟹腳一次3塊 2人一輪最多能18塊 有大有小 有的真的就薄薄的邊邊 但有的很大塊 有先剪開 有附一隻尖尖的可以戳蟹肉的棒子 肉蠻新鮮的 不會爛也不會黏在殼上 要是再附一把剪刀就更好了 煮了超多鍋也不會臭臭的 很厲害 日本北海道生食級干貝3Ss個頭很大 一次2顆 2人一輪最多能12顆 有招待一盤日本A5和牛紐約客 超嫩超好吃 有招待一盤日本F1和牛肋眼 也好吃 吃起來像A5等級的 日本A5和牛沙朗肉感比較重 日本A5和牛霜降吃起來比沙朗油一點點 日本A5和牛肋眼上蓋很嫩 可以一直點這個 澳洲8+和牛無骨牛小排 牛味極重 不懂為何2280才能點 肉類都一次100克 2人一輪最多能點6盤 其他的都沒點 有帝王蟹本人可以吃誰管什麼火鍋料 蔬菜吧看起來很新鮮但也都沒吃 飲料吧的大苑子芒果冰沙很好喝 其他的都沒喝 冰是Coldstone6種口味 和鶴系列都有蜂蜜冰 Coldstone好挖 不硬不軟 濃巧克力很濃 店員送餐快 收桌快 補湯快 有禮貌又不煩 雖然要注意7分鐘一次極煩 但沒有漏半張單 單送出都3分鐘內就出餐很棒 可以刷卡 有載具
