  • Thick tonkotsu ramen: good. There are 5 pieces of Shufei barbecued pork, which tastes just right, but it is recommended that more seasoning be used. The soft-boiled eggs are average, you need to order them separately. The surface body is a thicker surface and the softness and hardness can be adjusted. The soup is a thicker tonkotsu soup, you can use clear soup to dilute it.
  • Barbecued pork rice: delicious. The barbecued pork is mostly lean meat, and after being grilled with mayonnaise, it smells delicious! There are some garlic slices and chopped green onions on top, which is highly recommended overall!!
