The decor inside is vintage, featuring brick walls paired with wooden tables and chairs. Although the space isn't spacious, the atmosphere is plain and warm.

Today, I enjoyed the Scallion Chicken Rice Noodle Soup, priced at 130 NT dollars.

Scallion Chicken Rice Noodle Soup:
The amount of scallions is generous, sprinkled generously in a verdant layer.
The chicken is simmered to a very tender texture, with a slight gelatinous quality and some chewiness that is rather captivating. The portion of chicken is also satisfying.

You can choose the thickness of the rice noodles; I've previously tried the thick noodles, which are chewy and firm, while the thin rice noodles are soft and smooth, absorbing the broth and offering a distinctly different texture.
The broth is warm and rich, with a subtle peppery aroma. It’s easy to drink without being overly greasy.

The spicy chili provided in the restaurant is extremely delicious, dipping fresh chilies in red oil; it adds spiciness along with a touch of fruity aroma.
There’s also a self-service bar offering two types of beverages, and you can request more broth directly from the staff.

Overall, this is a refined and smooth rice noodle soup specialty.
Considering the Xinyi District, the price and portion are quite reasonable.
Especially for those who love scallions, this bowl of "Scallion Chicken Rice Noodle Soup" will definitely not disappoint you!

Hutao Rice Noodle Soup is a chain store selling cheap snacks. Although it is cheap, the interior environment and food quality are very good, so it is always full!

There is no service charge for internal use, and there is no low consumption. There is self-service black tea and lemonade available!
If you want some soup, you can refill it for free, which is a good companion for the petty bourgeoisie!
